4. Pay attention to the noise of the hydraulic pump: the new hydraulic pump has less wear at the initial stage, and is vulnerable to the influence of bubbles and dust. Poor lubrication or overloaded service conditions at high temperature will cause adverse consequences, making the hydraulic pump produce abnormal effects
5. Pay attention to the display value of gauges: observe the brand popularity of the pressure gauge of the hydraulic circuit at any time, further expand the display value, the light signal of the pressure switch and other vibration conditions and stability, so as to find out whether the function of the hydraulic circuit is normal as soon as possible
6. Pay attention to the action of the machine (for the modified pump): the hydraulic circuit is not designed properly or the components are poorly manufactured, which is not easy to find in the initial use stage, so special attention should be paid to the action state under various use conditions
7. Pay attention to the adjustment in each valve: fully understand the use of pressure control valve, flow control valve and direction control valve. China is still in the stage of industrialization, informatization, urbanization, marketization and internationalization. Pay special attention to the adjustment scope and limit, otherwise the adjustment error will not only damage the machinery, but also pose a threat to safety
8. Check the state of the filter: take out and clean the filter in the circuit regularly, check the filter state and the dirt adsorbed on it, and analyze the quality, quantity and size. 9. Regularly check the changes of hydraulic oil: check and analyze the deterioration, discoloration and pollution of hydraulic oil every one or two months to ensure the normal operation of hydraulic transmission media
10. Pay attention to the leakage of the piping: whether the piping of the hydraulic device is good can be seen after running for a period of time. Check whether there is oil leakage and whether the piping is loose
11. Pay attention to the operation condition within three months of the operation of the new machine: during the operation of the new machine, check the operation condition, such as the maintenance of machine parts, whether the screws are loose, whether the oil temperature rises abnormally, whether the hydraulic oil deteriorates quickly, and whether the service conditions comply with the regulations
